Are White Men Arrested For Raping Black Women?

A few days ago, a friend and I were arguing over something he claimed to be a legal/historic fact and that I, instead, believed to be a myth. He insisted that in the whole history of America, only one white male has ever been convicted for raping a black woman. Is this true? I tried to find information online but couldn't come up with anything. Going by common sense alone, the statistic seem unbelievable to me.
In 2005 from the same report under the category of Rape/Sexual Assault whites were victimized 44.5% by white offenders and 33.6% by black offenders.
Blacks were victimized that year 100% by black offenders and 0% (or less than 10 occurrences) by white offenders.
